The Castle Trip

We had 2 days of spare time, in our Munich Trip as the Training got over on Thursday, and we had planned to come back on Sunday. So it was planned, by Sandhya & Manu to visit the castles on day one ( Friday) & Salz burg on Day 2 i.e Saturday. The Castle Trip : The castle was in Fussen, for which we had take train from Munich to a junction and then change the train and head to Fussen. The interesting thing was we changed the train within 3 minutes at the junction. The trains were calm as usual with less people on it. There were many tourists mostly Chinese on the way. It was a pleasant trip and we landed on Fussen. We had to take the bus from there, and went in reached the destination standing in Indian style(not on foot-board !!!). The Neuschwanstein Castle & Hohenschwangau castle are the twin castles standing on top of the small mountain across. They looked beautiful and majestic. We went to the ticket section and got to know its mandatory to ticket the 'guide' wit...

Munich Trip

After my manager asked me to go to Munich for some training in a week, there was no time left for preparation. Purchased bag, some clothes and I was ready in no time. But I dint get the credit card, nor any euros for the travel. So I landed in Munich without cent in my pocket. Characters: From our site 4 people had went which was unusually big. Raghuram, who had been to Berlin & other places was there. Even though he will be calm normally he appeared restless and in a hurry as he was to leave to US in a week. Sandhya from System Verification Janatha , had come for her first abroad trip just like me. Very composed, always walking tall(?!) with measured steps, and a big smile. Manu who had already visited US, Nigeria which makes 2 difference continents had knowhow of the general abroad visits. But he was also first time in Europe. I, myself was in a first trip abroad, making a debut in air travel. Very happy in unusual way, very chirpy throughout the trip which is not my normal ten...

Tree

The Tree I was standing in front of the Banyan Tree which had dressed up new for the spring. At this twilight time the road in front of the Gandhi park was abuzz with many people particularly the students waiting for the bus. The chat centre was full. Some retired people were sitting in the Bus shelter having the discussion about the coming elections. It was 6.30 & she had not yet come. I had sent 5 sms & 3 missed calls from half an hour but in vain. This tree was a witness of our love. It started in the last spring. She had come in the green dress, with the Green-white dupatta. She had left her hair uncombed which was resting on her shoulders. A gentle breeze would push her hair from its position to her cheek, which she ever so gently put it behind her ear. Her green bindi was just a straight line, which I thought matched her dress. The ear hangings were very pretty which danced when she walked. She was very fond of her ear jewelry as she had each for her dress. I felt she was...
